Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supplies and materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to test, maintain, pump, and clean 21 oil/water separators, 4 Sand-traps, 3 grease-traps, 6 septic/holding tanks, minimum amount video troubleshooting and flush 80,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer lines located on McConnell AFB, KS (Wichita). The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract to begin 1 October 2003 that will consist of the Basic Year with Four (4) Option Years. This is not a request for proposal (RFP). Solicitation (RFP) will be issued on or after 12 Jun 03. This procurement was originally a total small business set-aside but is now being considered for a small business set aside. If there is not reasonable expectation of adequate competition as a small business set-aside, the acquisition will be conducted under full and open competition. Small businesses are requested to email laura.farley@mcconnell.af.mil of their intent to propose on this acquisition within 7 days of the posting of this notice. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) found at www.ccr.gov prior to submission of proposals. The National American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562998 with a size standard of $6 Million. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued, but the solicitation will be available on this web site (www.eps.gov).
