- Y199 ? Furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation to construct a Golf Course Maintenance Facility. The work includes but is not necessarily limited to the construction of a 4,000 s.f. maintenance building to include office space, break room, locker rooms, and mechanical bay. An additional 4,000 s.f. exterior covered area to be divided equally on two sides of the building is also required. The new facility shall include 400 amp, single phase capability. Water, propane gas, sewer, and cable television services must be provided along with additional conduit for future cable television services when required. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 236220. The magnitude of this project is $500K to $1M. The performance period is two-hundred-seventy (270) calendar days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. This solicitation will be available by electronic means only after date of issuance at http://www.eps.gov. Potential offerors must utilize the MaxReader application to view and print the plans for this acquisition. The latest version of MaxReader may be obtained from www.maxview.com. All offerors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) system in order to receive an award. The CCR may be contacted at http://www.ccr.gov. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is on or about 16 Jun 03. This is a non-appropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.
