- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all parts, labor, equipment, tools, appliances, transportation, materials, and quality control reports required to prepare and mark the aircraft parking ramp and End-of Runway pads referred to as Mako Ramp/EOR on Homestead ARB, FL 33039-1299. All work required by the plans and specifications shall be accomplished by the contractor even though minor items required may not be specifically mentioned in the above listing. This is an Invitation For Bid (IFB); award will be made to the lowest bid price. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The proposed contract herein is restricted to all qualified HUBZONE certified small business concerns. All responsible bidders must be CCR registered to be considered for award. The bid opening date will be on or about Jul 30, 2003 at 4:00pm. Instructions for submission of bids will be contained in the solicitation package. Request for the solicitation package will only be honored by e-mail or facsimile. Prospective bidders shall submit the request to Mr. Luis F Chaves, e-mail: luis.chaves@homestead.af.mil and a courtesy copy to Gwendolyn Rackley at gwendolyn.rackley@homestead.af.mil, for inclusion on the bidder list or via facsimile (305) 224-7055. NOTE: the request must include: company name, address, including your zip plus four number, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, point of contact and identify if the company has other designated size standards besides small business (i.e. HUBZone, Woman Owned, 8(a), Disabled Veteran: The response date cited above is an estimate, not an actual. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
