- Description
- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and expert supervision to perform a total renovation of the 9th floor to a PTSD unit at the VA Medical Center, New Orleans, LA 70114. The VA Medical Center will hold a pre-bid conference on July 10, 2003 at 10:00 a.m., Bldg #2, 4th floor, Room 405. Solicitations will be issued on or about June 23, 2003. All request for bid documents must be in writing and accompanied by the bid deposit of $200.00. Acceptable forms of deposit are: Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Certified Checks, and Company Checks. Bid opening is scheduled for July 23, 2003 at 2:00 p.m., same location as the Pre-Bid Conference.There will be only 20 sets of drawing available and bid documents will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. Construction range is $1M -$5M. The NAICS Code is 233320; $27.5 M is the size standard. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds and a 120 day bid acceptance period is manatory.
