- The U. S. Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory, Pittsburgh PA intends to issued a Sole Souse Purchase Order to Robin B. Parsons, Georgetown TX, for the development and delivering to local trainers (India) a LPG Training Program. This order is being awarded to Robin B. Parsons because of his extensive experience in the field and proven abilities. This is considered a sole source acquisition no solicitation will be issued.
