- Description
- This is a notice of intent to issue RFQ EA133C-03-RQ-0115 on a sole source basis under statutory authority 41 USC 253 (c)(1), Only one responsible source, to The National Undersea Research Center at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, NC, 5600 Marvin K. Moss Lane, Wilmington, NC 28409. Contractor shall provide continuous services to support the Monitor 2003 Expedition for the period of July 19, 2003 through August 16,2003. Contractor shall provide Rapid Response Support which includes a minimum of (2) staff divers, overlapping for the period of performance stated above. The support shall include work-up dives and field operations off Cape Hatteras. Divers shall be fully cross certified as NOAA divers. See Note 22.
