- This modification is to change the Issue Date to June 06, 2003 and the Closing Date to July 08, 2003. PR #: LTC03071009953, Multiple NSNs, RFP #: SP0440-03-R-3210. Contracting Officer: Jan H. Matthews/804-279-5893. Issue Date: May 20, 2003, Closing Date: June 19, 2003. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and three (3) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Years is 17 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 16 each. Subject items are non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 239 days ARO. Subject requirement is HUBZone sole source set-aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
