- Pr Number: IDT03077005100 FSC: 5305 various Nomenclature: Thumbscrews RFP Due Date: 7 July 2003 This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for 36 Core Items and 453 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5305-00-008-7868. This procurement is for a two year base. This acquisition is a small business set aside. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Some drawings are required and can be obtained on CDRom from the Contract Specialist upon request. Delivery is as follows: 120 days. The solicitation contains an option to extend the term of the contract for three (3) additional years. These are not Qualified Products List (QPL) items. All items are QSL.
