- This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Soliciation/Request for Proposal. The Soliciation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The response date referenced above is estimated. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 06/16/03, with the Response date on or around 07/18/03. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Reference number: IQC02220009003. NSN: 5945-01-207-9035. Nomenclature: Relay, Electromagnetic. Approved QPL sources: Pynco Inc. (0ZX08), BC Systems, Inc. (48313). Approved QPL Mil-Spec part number: D85584-1. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS ITEM DESCRIPTION: NONPILE-UP MAIN CONTACT ARRANGEMENT: 3 POLE, SINGLE THROW, NORMALLY CLOSED. MOMINTARY ACTION. MAIN CONTACT MAXIMUM VOLTAGE RATING IN VOLTS: 24.0 AC. MAIN CONTACT LOAD CURRENT RATING AT MAXIMUM RATED VOLTAGE: 200.0 MILLIAMPERES AC RESISTIVE LOAD. OPERATING VOLTAGE RATING AND TYPE AT SPECIFIED TEMP: 24.0 VOLTS AC 25 DEG CELSIUS SINGLE WINDING. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (365 days basic with two 365 day option periods) is anticipated. Total 3 year estimated quantity is 312 each. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
