- This solicitation is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured by Bird Electronics. This solicitation is formatted per FAR Part 15 (Negotiations). This solicitation will be available on the internet at http://www.dsccols.com not sooner than 15 days after the date this notice is published. All NSNs are available for download on the DSCC Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) under subject heading ?Buyer?. This is a commercial, unrestricted acquisition. Regarding note 23, offices providing additional information are cited in the Specs and not individually in this solicitation. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date. PR number (YPC or ZPC) and NSN, if applicable. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DCSC. ( ) Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. ( X ) The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government.
