- Description
- The US Government is seeking to lease quality office and related space consisting of approximately 7,100 rentable square feet. The space should yield approximately 6,200 usable square feet of space. Adequate parking for twenty-five (25) Government-owned vehicles and employee-owned vehicles must be provided. The proposed lease term is ten years, five years firm. Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: North - West Washington Street; south - West Hanna Avenue; east - South Lynhurst Avenue; and West - South High School Road. Expressions of interest should be received by June 13, 2003, reference Solicitation for Offers No. GS-05B-17373, and include the following: building name and address; rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot; method of measure used to determine rentable square feet; and common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable.
