- U. S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE SPACE IN NORTH MIAMI, FLORIDA (Amendment No. 2) Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 15,516 rentable square feet yielding a range of 14,105 to 14,247 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in North Miami, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Location: North: 199th Street, South: NW 159th Street, West: Northwest 27th Avenue, East: Northeast 6th Avenue. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Parking for approximately 40 parking spaces are required within ? mile radius from the offered site. Lease Term: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
