- Description
- The Office of Management and Administration (OMA), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) of the District of Columbia (hereafter ?District?) is soliciting qualified firms or organizations to provide advocacy services for the District. The OMA intends to establish a BOA under which selected qualified firms or organizations would be engaged under task orders to assist the District to achieve a redefinition of its financial and management oversight relationship with the Federal Government. Selected firms will initially be engaged for a base year and may be prolonged yearly or fractions thereof for a total not to exceed five (5) years. The Request for Proposal (RFP) for the advocacy services will be issued 28 May 2003 with a cut-off date of 18 June 2003.
