- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Washington, intends to award a firm fixed price a competitive commercial item procurement for the Naval Criminal Investigated Service HQ, Washington DC 20388, for the following items: 3 each Thermal Imager Model RCN-17 with storage case, two rechargable batteries, AC/DC battery charger, AA Battery pack with video out adapter and shipping. This contract will be awarded based on the low price technical acceptability. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this requirement is 6680. This procurement will be 100% Small business Set-Aside. Solicitation number N00600-03-R-1477 will be available no later than 28 May 2003 and can be downloaded from the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website (http://www.neco.navy.mil). All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Register prior to award. CCR web site can be located at http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil. This acquisition is being conducted using the Test Procedures for Certain Commercial Items defined in FAR 12. Under these procedures the government (1) is not required to determine a competitive range; (2) is not required to hold discussions; and (3) is not required to provide offerors with an opportunity to submit final revised proposals. The Government may award on initials.
