- Description
- This is a Regional Requirements contract for maintenance and installation of various types of Architectural Windows, Entrance and Storefront Systems, Storm/Screen Doors, Storm Windows, Automatic sliding/Swinging (Single/Double) Glass Doors, and Awnings. The Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, safety and management necessary to fulfill the requirements of task orders issued by the Contracting Officer, with safety as a priority and quality work as the final product. The Government contemplates one contract award with five (5) administration offices resulting from this solicitation. The contract term is for a period of one (1) year. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed 36 months. The estimated price range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This procurement has been accepted by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for competition in the 8(a) program under Requirement Number 7700-03-304644. It is being offered for competition to eligible 8(a) concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238130 and the size standard is $12,000,000. The (IFB) will be posted on the NAVFACENGCOM Electronic Solicitation (E-Sol) web site on or about 12 June 2003. Estimated bid opening date is 15 July 2003. Contractors are encouraged to register for the solicitation when downloading from the website. Only registered contractors will be notified by email when amendments to the solicitation are issued, or any changes are made.
