Description

NA Contractor shall provide the following reagents on a defined monthly schedule: MTS Anti-IGG Card; MTS Diluent 2 Plus 4X 125MB; Resolve Panel A, 3% Red Blood Cells; Surgiscreen, 3% Red Cells, 3X10ML; Surgiscreen 0.8% Red Cells; Affirmagen, 3% Red Cells, 2X 10ML; A2 Cells, 1X10 ML; Coombs Controls Cells, 1X10ML; Confidence System QC Kit; Fetal Screen; Rhogam, Ultra-Filtered, 5 Pack; MTS ABD Monoclonal Rev Grouping Card; Resolve Panel A, 0.8% Red Cells. FOB is Destination ?????? Ft Leonardwood, MO. Contract period will be 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004. This acquisition will be processed under the commercial item procedures of FAR Part 12. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. All requests for this solicitation must be in writing and reference RFQ Number DADA09-03-T-0396. Requests may be faxed to Ms. Maxine Coburn at 210-916-3040.
