PRON: AX3F0212AX; NOUN: Cover, Access; NSN: 1560-01-240-1572; Part Number:70301-01042-043; Qty: 450 each, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft, this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA, delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 450 each 225 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 138 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 450 each 150 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete , and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. ??????This Acquisition contains Data which is considered critical Technology and has been restricted for release outside the united States. This information cannot b e released outside the united jStates without prior approval of the Government.?????? The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
