- NA The Defense Contracting Command-Washington intends to award a single source contract (IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source) to Data Recognition Corporation, 13490 Bass Lake Road, Maple Grove,MN 55311. The objective of this effort is to collect data for the 2002 OHA Utility and MIHA Survey and enter the reported data into a SAS data set, a Microsoft Excel,and a flat file. This effort willresult in the computation,by the Per Diem Committee Staff, of scientifically accurate utility and move-in allowanc e expenses paid by Service members. No RFP is available for competitive bidding. This announcement is for information only. See Note 22.
