- This was previously posted as F09603-03-R-70829 but will instead be issued as F09603-03-Q-70829. 12 ea Reflectometer NSN 6625-01-318-5651RH is described by Purchase Description PD02LEEC39. The PD is 4 page narrative describing the salient performance characteristics. There are about 5 narrative pages describing the technical information and manuals that are required to be submitted. Offerors will be required to submit a Technical Information Package substantiating how their offered product meets the salient required characteristics. It is a menu driven Time Domain Relectometer for a Copper/Metallic Medium. This instrument replaces Hewlett-Packard model HP 3934A TIMS, and other related test instruments such as the Tektronix 1502 short haul TDR.
