- Description
- The Denver VA is seeking the services of a professional AE firm with specialized experience in services to repair and resurface roads and parking lots. The AE shall provide investigation, design, preparation of working drawings/construction documents, and construction period services. The work will include correction of several drainage problem areas,which the AE will need to identify thru a site survey. This procurement will be set aside for emerging small business and is further set aside for firms within a 100 mile radius of the Denver VA, located at 1055 Clermont St, Denver, CO 80220. The estimated budget for construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS code is 541330. Size standard is $4.0 million. Interested firms should submit SF 254's and SF 255's to the issuing office no later than June 19, 2003. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
