- The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration Academy, has identified a requirement for Pilot/Inspector Qualification training applicable to the Boeing 747 (28225). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611512, and this Aviation/flight training will be acquired through full and open competitition. Sources must obtain the Screening Information Request (SIR)/Request for offer (RFO) by downloading the document from the www.fedbizopps.gov. Document download requires Internet Explorer 4.0 version and later, or Netscape Navigator 6.
