- The National Institute of Standards and Technology has a requirement for one Meeting room rental, audiovisuals and 5 night of lodging to include coffee break for 150 persons on 3 p.m. on July 28, 2003, Continental breakfast to include coffee break on July 29 - August 1, 2003. Also buffett lunch for 150 persons each day at noon, and otheR miscellaneous items. The site shall be witin 10 miles from San Diego Airport and easy access to a variety of restaurants and shopping facilities. The lodging facility shall provide, but not limited to the stadnard amenities such as; hair dryer, television, cable tv, ironing board and iron, on-site fitness center, and complimentary shuttle service. An unpriced purchase order is anticipited to be awarded on or about June 9, 2003, NAICS code is 713210. The solicitation, and amendments and all question and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The solocitation is anticipated for release to the vendor communituy on or aobut May 27, 20034. and will only be available via the internet at the above website. Potentital offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties may respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of an resultant purchase order. There is no written solicitation available. Telephone request will not be honored and no bidders list will be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions to Janice Moten.
