- R-This is the third of three Sources Sought Notices requesting information needed by the Government prior to release of any potential solicitation. Comments are requested on the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for an OMB Circular A-76 Study of Geological Analysis Services currently being performed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Refer to the second sources sought notice, posted in Federal Business Opportunities on March 17, 2003, under solicitation number NHQ-03-003. This is a DRAFT PWS and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to award any contract. This DRAFT PWS is open for comment until 11:59 P.M., Pacific Standard Time, June 19, 2003. Please submit all coments by e-mail only to steve.latimer@ca.usda.gov.
