- Description
- The purpose of this project is to provide optical services for the students at the Anaconda Job Corps Center, Deer Creek County, Anaconda, Montana. Job Corps offers young adults academic, vocational, and life skills training through a unique approach of competncy-based individualized instruction. Optical services shall be provided at the center. Optometrists shall meet Montana state licensing and professional qualifications requirements. Contract shall be for a base year 7/1/03-6/30/04 and three (3) possible option years. All responsible sources may submit a propoal which will be considered. See note 1, 100% small business set-aside. Naics code 621320. This is an electronic solicitation only.
