- Description
- The Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Minneapolis, MN intends to complete a streamlined cost comparison pursuant to OMB circular A-76 for (1) Tree Climbing Services, (2) Insect Production Workers, (3) Aviation Support Services, (4) Utility Operation/Repair and Maintenance Services and (5) Laboratory Technician Services. The cost comparison will be completed on or about July 31, 2003. This synopsis is issued for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposals. Should the cost comparison result in the Government In-House Cost Estimate being above the range of contract cost estimates, a solicitation will be issued on or about August 31, 2003. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.
