- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Services and Materials to Replace controls for Transformers 1B, 1E, and 1L at Stratton Substation, Building 1233, West Area, Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA, Solicitation No. 1-057-RFU.4050 which was posted on May 1, 2003. You are notified that the following changes are made: Correction has been made to the NAICS Code and small business size standard for this procurement from 23810 and $12M, to 238210 and $12M, respectively. The new anticipated release date of the IFB is ON or ABOUT June 6, 2003 with an anticipated offer closing date of ON or ABOUT July 8, 2003. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
