- Program 2515-S, Navy Volunteer Magazine. Term contract for one year beginning June 1, 2003 through May 31, 2004 with up to 4 option years through May 31, 2008. These specifications cover the production of a newsletter requiring such operations as copy pickup, reproduction from electronic media, proofs, films, printing in four-color process on the outer front and back pages, and black and one additional Pantone color for all other pages, binding, labeling, packing, and distribution. Approximately 4 to 6 orders per year. 40, 48 or 56 pages, self cover, per issue. Approximately 12,500 copies per order. Trim size 8-1/2 x 11". Printing on White Matte Coated Offset Book, 60 lb., equal to JCP Code A 240. Saddle stitched. Quality level 2. Extensive distribution required.
