- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 6, Lakewood, Colorado, is requesting proposals from qualified and eligible Hubzone firms to construct a visitor/education center at the Sullys Hill National Game Preserve located in Benson County, Devils Lake, North Dakota. Project work includes but is not limited to providing all plant, labor, tools, parts, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide ready for use a 6,000 square foot single story visitor/education center. The scope of work includes but is not limited to performing earthwork, site utilities, exterior concrete flatwork, concrete foundations, floor slabs, wood framing, prefabricated wood trusses, fiber-cement siding and trim, asphalt shingle roofing, metal and wood doors and frames along with various interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. The estimated price range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The total performance period is 240 calendar days. This acquisition is a 100% Competitive Hubzone Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $28.5M. The solicitation package is anticipated to be available electronically on/or about June 23, 2003, with an anticipated closing date on/or about July 25, 2003. Proposal evaluation will be based on Best Value, Technical, Past Performance and Price.
