- NA Work includes but is not limited to: Exterior paint and repair of various Army Family Housing buildings throughout Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. Prime and paint all previously painted and new replacement items and exterior surfaces to include but not limited to: wood items: facias, soffits, freeze boards, wrap boards, pilaster/column, cap board, balustrades, wood windows, frames, porches, steps and handrails; metal items: gutters and downspouts, doors, column bases, louvers, flashing, electrical panel boxes , security screen/bars; concrete items: window & door sills, column bases, foundations. Incidental repair items will be ordered separately by the Contracting Officer as needed. All buildings will be occupied. The magnitude of this project is between $1 ,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract. The Base Year period is 1Aug03 through 31Jul04 with one Option Year for the period 1Aug04 through 31Jul05. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Busines s Competitiveness Demonstration program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $12 million. The North American Industry Classi fication System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238320. IFB is to be issued on or about 10 Jun 03.
