- NA Design and construct to Repair Utilidors Phase IV is the repair of approximately 6000 feet of utilidor systems on Eielson AFB. Repairs include complete replacement of sewer, water, steam and steam condensate lines within existing utilidor structures. Wor k will also include enlargement of some existing manholes, asbestos abatement, and repair of cracks/leaks to concrete utilidor structure. Responders are advised that the requirements may be delayed, cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and/or final award process based on decisions related to DOD changes and disposition of the Armed Services.
