- NA USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the service to evaluate the effectiveness of Electro-Osmotic Pulse (EOP) technology for control of water/seepage in the gallery of Lock #27 at Granite City, Illinois, in the St Louis Distri ct. The period of service will be no later than 30 September 2003. This proposed procurement is advertised for 100% small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for DACW4 2-03-T-0057 will be issued on or about 7 June 2003 with a closing date of 20 June 2003.
