Description: NA Please see the COMPLETE and REVISED administrative changes at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://abop.monmouth.army.mil reflecting revised Introduction and Table of Contents sections to the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) under solicit ation DAAB07-03-R-P640 for mission support of the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) Future Combat System Command and Control (FCS C2) Program sponsored by the US Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Research, Development and Engin eering Center (RDEC). One purpose of this notice clarifies the White Paper submittal process and time frames reflected below. The revised FCS C2 BAA Introduction section at the ASFI website explains in detail how the White Paper process may correlate with a possible RFP proces s. The revised FCS C2 BAA Introduction section document posted on the ASFI pertaining to White Paper submissions is delineated as follows: The initial White Paper submission period has been extended to June 23, 2003. All White Papers must be submitted prior to 4:00 pm EST on that date. After the initial submission period, Offerors will be allowed to submit White Papers, on a quarterly basis , consisting of no more than three (3) pages per topic, for review by the Government. These submissions must be received on the following dates: September 15th, December 15th, March 15th, and June 15th for the remainder of the existence of this BAA. Thi s BAA is valid through 30 June 2008, unless terminated earlier.
