Description

NA This is a non-personal servies to lease one (1) bulldozer in support of Demolition Pit. Bullozer with enclosed cab with heater/defroster and air-conditioning, 190 horsepower or greater, three (3) shank ripper, 135 Inch semi u blade. Contractor shall deli ver bulldozer directly to Building 662 demolition pit in the ammo restricted ammo within 45 calendar days after contract award. Contractor shall provide standard commercial item manufacturers warranty with bulldozer. Contractor shall provide normal maint anance on equipment. Maintenance shall be performed every 250 hours of usage. Contractor will bill for actual charges only, This work will be performed in the Ammunition Limited Area and the government will provide an escort for the contractor. Contrac tor must notify the assigned Contract Administrator 5 calendar days prior to delivery of equipment. This contract is Unrestricted. This contract is for a base year with two (2) option years. North American Industrial Classification System is 532412. Si ze standard is $ 6 million This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet http://www.procnet.anad.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 9 Jun 03. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejections of same.
