- Description
- This is a synopsis only. The contractor shall perform FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Training for the Department of Defense personnel located at Scott AFB, IL. This is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611519 and the small business size standard is $6.0 million. This will be a Request for Proposal. Award will be made on the Best Value to the government in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed offer. The solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities on or about 16 Jun 03, which can be accessed at http://www.eps.gov/. Offerors must register on the site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any subsequent addendum(s). Paper copies of the solicitation are not available. The only method for receipt of proposals shall be in written form that complies with the guidelines contained in the solicitation. Proposals may be sent to the attention of SSgt Stacey Summerfield at the 375 Contracting Squadron, 201 E Winters St Bldg 50, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5015 via U.S. mail or drop off. Ensure all proposal envelopes are marked SOURCE SELECTION SENSITIVE and the Solicitation number F11623-03-R-0021 is referenced on it and all additional correspondence pertaining to this requirement. Facsimile, email or telephone proposals shall not be accepted. Award will not be made to any contractor who is not listed in the Contractor?s Central Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr2000.com. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the Agency.
