Period of Performance: 365 DAYS FROM DATE OF AWARD DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: ? To Supply Supportability and Analysis Tool. Center of Parts Activity (COPA) is a web-based tool for use by Retail Item Managers (RIMs), data managers, and other supervisory personnel to identify item parts requiring action to support maintenance personnel. COPA ?alerts? RIMs to items requiring action by the use of Crystal report queries run against the previous day?s transactions. It provides performance-based information to supervisory personnel in the form of ?stop-light? color codes for follow-up action. The COPA system has a need for a methodology that allows for the storage, retrieval, and display of large amounts of data in a predetermined format and provides the capability to ?query? and display data directly related to the initial view of the data. This application must be user friendly, possess a simple interface with existing databases and software applications, and be capable of providing drill-down and reach through technology for the user.
