- THIS SYNOPSIS MODIFICATION NOTICE DELETES THE NAICS CODE 541512 WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY USED AND REPLACES IT WITH NAICS CODE 541519 WHICH HAS A SIZE STANDARD OF $21 MILLION IN ANNUAL RECEIPTS FOR POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESSES. RESPONSES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AND/OR REVIEWED FROM FIRMS THAT ARE CLASSIFIED AS SMALL BUSINESS FOR THE NAICS CODE LISTED ABOVE. ALL OTHER TERMS OF THE ORIGINIAL SYNOPSIS NOTICE REMAINS THE SAME.
