- Description
- This project is located at the Little Toby Creek site located in Elk County, PA, consisting of the following major items of work: 5,980 tons rockfill; 1,710 cu. yds. mushroom compost; 1,185 lin. ft. rock-lined waterway; clearing and grubbing; and permanent seeding. The site showing is scheduled for July 1, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. Prospective bidders may assemble at the Toby Grange Hall. From Brockway, PA, follow SR219 north 7 miles to Challenge. Turn right onto SR2003, Toby Road, follow SR2003 4.2 miles to Toby. Turn right onto Kylers Corner Road/Gscwendnter Road, cross Little Toby Creek and the Grange Hall is located on the right. The estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The required performance time is 143 calendar days. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available for downloading on June 16, 2003, and THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THE PACKAGE. Regulations prohibits the agency from mailing "hard copies."
