- This action will be 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. -- Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to rehab the bulkhead and timber boat pier at U.S. Coast Guard Station Key West, FL. The work includes but not limited to recapping sections of the bulkhead, extending three finger piers, removal and installation of fender and dolphin piles, and replacement of timber stringers and planks. Estimated construction price range is $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 237990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $28.5 million.
