- NA The work consists of excavation and embankment; geotextile; geogrid soil reinforcement; pump ramps; dredging; pipe culverts and drainage structures; aggregate materials; bituminous materials; seeding; concrete work; miscellaneous metals; stop logs; flap ga tes and sluice gates. The cost range is between $1 Million and $5 Million dollars. This acquisition is a sole source 8(a) negotiated requirement. Pursuant to Section 9a) of the Small Business Act [15 USC 637(a)] and Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Small Business Administration (SBA). Contract or, Boone Construction Co., P.O. Box 853, Columbia, MO 65205, in accordance with Small Business Administration, FAR 19.8.
