- ?This is a synopsis for an IDIQ construction contract, Interior Painting and Surface Repair Maintenance for Dormitories on Offutt AFB Nebraska. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only. A written solicitation will be available on this web site on or about 4 June 2003. This procurement is a 100% set aside for Small Business Contractors with interior painting and wall surface repair experience. The solicitation document, which will be available on this web site, will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This will be a best value procurement, Performance Price Trade Off. The NAICS code for this project is 238320 with a size standard of $12.0 million dollars. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to perform an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity construction contract for painting and repair of interior surfaces in dormitories at Offutt AFB Nebraska to include surface preparation and clean up of work site. This is a base contract with four option years, the government will guarantee a minimum level of $10,000 per year. The period of performance is 1 August 2003 through 31 July 2004 for the basic period plus four option years. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet at http://wwww.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. CCR must be obtained before award can be made. Once contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit written offers by mail to: 55 CONS/LGCA, ATTN: WILL CAFFARO, 101 WASHINGTON SQUARE, OFFUTT AFB, NE 68113-2107. The tentative due date for receipt of proposals is 2P.M. CST on 3 JULY 2003.
