Description: East Fork Legendary Bear Creek culvert replacement: Project consists of removal of an existing corrugated metal pipe and installation of a new embedded pipe arch that will allow fish passage. Work includes culvert removal and installation, placing cushed aggregate, and placing riprap. Instream work must occur between July 1 and August 15. The project site is located at milepost 3.7 on Forest Road 568. Road 568 takes off from Highway 12 at milepost 159.4 near Powell, Idaho. Estimate start work July 2003, with all work completed by September 15, 2004. Est. price range between $25,000 and $100,000.
