Description

The US Government is interested in leasing approximately 15,000 to 16,000 net usable square feet of warehouse space for a federal agency in Seattle, Washington. The Government has an existing lease that is expiring and will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. Location Boundries: North ? Royal Brougham, South ? Spokane Street, East ? Airport Way, West ? Duwamish Waterway Owners and Agents: Interested parties should submit locations for inspection in writing to this office no later than May 30, 2003. Requirements: Five year firm term lease. Space must be contiguous, with drive-in capability and loading dock with load leveler, and capable of providing a high degree of security. Occupancy is required by September 1, 2003. Utilities to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
