- Phase 1 ? Relocation of Gas Pipeline Access Road Project for the U.S. Land Port of Entry at Champlain, New York. Project No.: NNY02001. Solicitation No.: GS-02P-03-DTC-0029. Estimated Cost Range: $200,000.00 to $400,000.00. This solicitation is being set-aside for Small Business Concerns only, and is being issued under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 234110 ? Highway and Street Construction. A small business under this procurement is any business concern having a three-year average of gross sales/receipts of $28,5000,000.00 or less. Bidding documents will be available on or about May 23, 2003. This project includes Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) information. SBU documents provided under this solicitation are intended for authorized users only. In support of this requirement, GSA requires bidders to exercise reasonable care when handling documents relating to SBU information per the solicitation. For reasons of security and before release of SBU information, the requestor of the Solicitation and Drawings must complete and sign a ?Document Security Notice to Propsective Bidders.? In addition, the requestor must provide the following information: 1. Copy of Business License, 2. Company?s Dunn and Bradstreet Number, 3. Valid Tax Identification Number, and 4. a Valid Driver?s license (for individual(s) picking up the SBU Documents). After verification of the preceding information, the requestor will be designated as an authorized user and a copy of the Solicitation and Drawings will be released to the requestor.
