Description

Request for Proposals (RFP) Solicitation GS-11P-03-YMC-0081. These services require contractor to provide inspections, preventive maintenance, repair and general housekeeping services for the Central Heating & Refrigeration Plant operated by, GSA HOTD Service Division. Work will be performed at Central Heating & Refrigeration Plant located in the District of Columbia. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 06/02/2003 with the offers due by 07/03/2003. Services are expected to begin on or about 10/1/2003 for a period of one (1) year with the government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive additional periods of one year each. This procurement is sourced for full and open competition. Bid and Payment bonds are required for this procurement. The estimate cost for this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Please be advised that a Site Visit is scheduled for 06/18/2003@ 10:00am at the Central Heating & Refrigeration Plant located at 13th & C Streets, SW Washington, DC. All interest offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. The solicitation may be obtained through electronic data interchange. No paper copies will be provided.
