- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a RFP for the purchase of gas turbine engines for incorporation into the Littoral Surface Craft Experimental (X-CRAFT). The Statement of Work/Requirements Document, proposal requirements and the evaluation factors are attached to this notice. FAR Part 12 and DFARS Part 212 clauses and provisions, as tailored, apply to this solicitation and are included in the attached document. This procurement is unrestricted.
