- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, MD (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Vacuum Instrument Corp (VIC). The procurement consist of Upgrade the existing NSWC VEECO MS-31T to an MS-50 High Production Console Helium Leak Detector, MS-50 Sniffer Probe, and VIC Service Engineer NSWCIH to perform annual preventive maintenance on one MS-50 Helium Leak Detector. The resulting purchase order will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursant to authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1).
