- Description
- The software packages shall be able to stimulate, via a lap top computer, an Agilent E4438C Signal Generator and produce the signal set as listed in solicitation N63273-03-T-0031. This is a synopsis for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 13.5-Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and Supplemental information included in this notice. The Solicitation is attached. The contract shall be a firm fixed priced contract. Delivery shall be made by 30 September 2003 to Combat Direction Systems Activity, Dam Neck, Virginia Beach, Va. FOB Destination shall apply. The requirement will be negotiated as a competitive procurement. Interested parties must be able to demonstrate in writing by 22 May 2003 their capability to provide requested services.
