- The work involves removing existing shingle roof and installing new metal standing seam roof. The work shall include the cleaning and preparation of the roof deck for application of the under layment roof system, flashing system, removal and reinstallation of roof top ventilation equipment, repair and replacement of existing guttering, down spouts, fascia metals, soffits, incidental painting, and incidental related work and clean up.
