- The work consists of removing and disposing of two existing culverts and erecting a Government-furnished 25'-5" by 10'-2" aluminum box culvert on BLM Road No. 14-6-34.1, milepost 4.57. Work includes constructing and removing a temporary by-pass road, de-watering, traffic control, and other related site work. Project site is in Benton County, Salem District, Oregon. NAICS: 237310, Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is July 8, 2003, and performance time is 45 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; - Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%. This solicitation contains a price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns.
