PRON: AX3F0325AX, NSN: 1680-01-159-4584, PN: 70400-21613-044, Quantity: 68 each applicable to UH-60 Airframe. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 120-150 Days After Contract Award or sooner. Requirement is urgent. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete and t here are no technical cata, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft, Code: 78286 because first article requirement is waived for this contractor. Any offeror(s) must meet first article waiver requ irement in order to be eligible for award. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. F irms that recognize and maintain first article waiver who can produce the required item described above with first article waiver are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States wit hout prior approval of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted.
